SMMT and a large contingent of UK automotive organisations will be at EVS26 in Los Angeles – one of the world’s leading forums for ultra-low carbon technologies. Supported by many leading names from industry and academia, they will show why the UK continues to be a global leader in the development of low and ultra-low carbon products.
UK automotive will be represented by over 30 organisations from across industry and academia, with 10 exhibiting as part of the UK Pavilion. Additionally, many respected speakers from UK industry will present papers at the accompanying symposium.
SMMT has organised a special seminar specifically to showcase UK expertise, and is the platinum sponsor for the Cleantech Incubator premier networking event, where former Technology Minister Lord Drayson and Lotus Engineering will be among the distinguished panelists. While in the US, SMMT has organised visits for its exhibitors to automotive facilities at electric vehicle and lithium-ion battery system manufacturer CODA and Fisker the premium hybrid electric vehicle manufacturer.
