An insight into Jaguar Land Rover: Technology and Innovation

A group of 27 students aged 16-18 will tour the Jaguar XJ and XF boot lid car assembly lines to learn about lean production, quality, ICT and automation.  The students will look at the new technology used in the production of vehicles including class leading aerospace-inspired aluminium construction and will find out about the innovative C-X75 prototype which is a powerful showcase for Jaguar’s world-leading expertise in lightweight vehicle construction and the ideal test-bed for the company’s innovative research into high-performance, low-emission powertrains.
