SMMT is giving UK automotive suppliers the opportunity to meet 22 new potential customers at its Meet the Buyer event on 12 May. The event gives UK component manufacturers the rare chance to meet face to face with some of the automotive industry’s largest Tier-1 suppliers.
The group of Tier-1 buyers attending the event in Central London cover almost every element of the automotive industry. They include a number of major vehicle manufacturers and suppliers of engine, drivetrain, suspension, bodywork, interior, cooling systems and electronics components. All attending buyers are looking to source components from reputable UK suppliers.

UK component suppliers interested in attending the invite-only event should set up a profile on SMMT’s Automotive Supplier Finder and select the buyers that they would like to meet. The deadline for profile submissions and expressions of interest is Friday 13 March.
