Further information on the Graduated Vehicle Excise Duty scheme for new cars registered from March 2001 can be obtained from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency web site http://www.dvla.gov.uk/.
The authoritative CO2 emissions figure will be shown on the vehicle registration document (V5) for new cars registered from March 2001.
