Finance Board

The Finance Board is responsible for administering the financial affairs, membership and exhibition arrangements of SMMT, under the direction of the SMMT Executive. Membership of the Board consists of such persons as may from time to time be determined by the SMMT Executive. It meets approximately four times a year, and is subject to the control and the direction of the SMMT Executive.

The Finance Board does not have the authority to commit SMMT to any liability or obligation without the express prior approval of the SMMT Executive.

Finance Board correspondence is available to members of the Board, in the restricted area of this site, or as distributed by the Board secretary.
