11. Member-only sections
Access to the member-only sections of this site is at the discretion of
SMMT and will normally only be provided to full, paid-up SMMT members. Members
who satisfy the access will be provided with an individual member username
and password. All member representatives undertake to safeguard their username
and password details and agree not to disclose or share them with anyone.
The member-only sections of www.smmt.co.uk is one of a number of exclusive
benefits provided to SMMT members. The use of the member-only sections is
additionally subject to member acknowledgment that the materials to which
they have access are confidential in their nature and member agreement,
that the materials may only be viewed or downloaded by members for their
sole and exclusive use in connection with the legitimate business purposes
of the SMMT member company.
In order to ensure the integrity of our security systems any member representative
found to be in breach of these obligations will have their access rights
withdrawn.

12. Personal Data
In order to gain access to certain pages of this site or in order to receive
certain SMMT services you will be asked to submit personal information about

with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Should any of these Terms of Use be determined to be illegal, invalid
or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country
in which these Terms of Use are intended to be effective, then to the extent
and within the jurisdiction which that Term of Use is illegal, invalid or
unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the
remaining terms of use shall survive, remain in full force and effect and
continue to be binding and enforceable.
