News from Krone: Tyson H Burridge, Cumbria based general haulage and logistics operator, has been reporting faster and more flexible loading since the introduction of Krone’s Multi Lock load securing system.

The company has recently added four Krone Profi Liner curtainsiders to its 90-strongtrailer fleet, comprising of Euroliners, flats, side loaders and PSKs. The Profi Liners, with sliding roof and multiple strapping points – 126 per side rave – enable Burridge to contain mixed loads with improved security and safety.

“The Multi Lock brings a number of advantages for our customers” says Director Neil Robinson. “With so many strapping permutations, plus the facility to secure from inside the closed curtain, we are able to load faster, safer and with greater flexibility.”

Burridge Transport is in its 50th year and growing all the time. In addition to its traditional UK national long distance routes, the company is now extending into continental markets including Scandinavia and Germany.

Hazardous waste transport requiring Class7/ADR certification, along with warehousing and secure document storage add to Burridge’s  diverse range of services.

“We have built a reputation over 50 years for providing a reliable and efficient service and to maintain this we are always looking for new and innovative equipment solutions,” adds Neil Robinson. “The Krone Profi Liners, which come with code XL accreditation as standard, enable us to provide a premium service, which is no less than our customers expect.”
