There are just over two weeks to go until SMMT’s flagship International Automotive Summit, this year taking place on Tuesday 29 June. The event brings together senior executives from vehicle manufacturers, policy makers and media to discuss industry transformation, as well as competitiveness, digitalisation, the skills challenge ahead and how the UK can retain its position as a centre of excellence for specialist automotive manufacturing.
An impressive line-up of speakers including Michael Cole, President and Chief Executive of Hyundai Motor Europe, Alison Jones, UK Group Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Stellantis, and Thierry Bollore, Chief Executive of Jaguar Land Rover will meet to discuss the future of the industry as well as Joerg Hofmann, Chief Executive of LEVC, Christian Coolsaet, Managing Director of Volvo Trucks UK & Ireland and Buta Atwal, Chief Executive, Wrightbus to discuss the CV sector specifically. The morning and afternoon sessions will be split by an opportunity to network with other members in our ‘Ask the Expert’ breakout sessions.
