Join us for our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) workshop looking at how companies can engage with their local community to improve DE&I. The workshop is aimed at DE&I leads, as well as anyone who would like to focus more on the subject.
We will be hosted by Stellantis who will be speaking on aligning global activities with the local community, and will also be sharing how they conduct their outreach with the local community.
We will hear from EY speaking about what they are doing to engage with local communities, what they have seen in the course of their interactions and then have a wider discussion on the topic.

There will also be an opportunity to have a tour of the Stellantis facility, particularly their apprenticeship academy.
The workshop is free to attend and open to all SMMT members (limited to two per company). Lunch is included.
