If you’re looking to better understand and manage your Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) metrics – join our upcoming workshop. 

Following two previous successful LGBTQ+ and allies’ workshops in 2023 and 2024, SMMT will be hosting another workshop on 30 April in Birmingham, in partnership and hosted by Shoosmiths.

The morning industry panel will include presentations on gender identity in the workplace and visibility, why it is of moral and commercial importance for employers, and best practice advice on how advocacy can achieve diverse and inclusive workplaces with speakers from Carwow, DAF Trucks, Horiba/Mira and Tracker. Whilst Shoosmiths will lead and facilitate the afternoons interactive workshop. Michael Briggs, Partner, specialist employment lawyer and Founder and former Chair of Shoosmiths PROUD network, will invite group discussion during the interactive workshop.
