SMMT London office | 5 March | 15:00
SMMT Group will be celebrating International Women’s Day on Thursday 5 March, from 3:00 – 6:00pm. This event is free to attend and open to all SMMT members and key stakeholders, we encourage both women and allies to attend.
The event will reflect on how progress is driven by what we each choose to give – from insight and encouragement to advocacy and action. The afternoon will feature an inspiring discussion with speakers from diverse organisations and levels of seniority. Through short interviews, a panel conversation, and an audience Q&A, we will explore how sharing knowledge, support and advocacy strengthens outcomes for individuals, organisations and communities alike.
The event will conclude with interactive breakout groups, where guests will develop personal “Giving Pledges” – a considered commitment to advancing equality and empowerment through everyday actions.
