A group of 40 students aged 17-19 will tour the XJ model assembly lines with a focus on quality, lean production and automation. They will look at Jaguar Land Rover’s lean manufacturing process as the ideal business model and take part in our production challenge activity which simulates a real life production line together with programming miniature robot arms.
