Web-based management company r2c Online has rolled out a new tool for managing and controlling SMR work between fleet operators and repairers, for everything from HGVs to passenger cars.
The tool, called i2i, or ‘issue 2 invoice’ allows all types of fleets and repairers to book, price, and authorise maintenance work online and check the work complies with vehicle contract terms and conditions. Once the work has been completed and authorised, the process allows the creation and delivery of an electronic invoice directly to the fleet’s accounting system.
Authorisation requests are processed online according to the contract terms between the two parties. r2c Online says this reduces calls between fleets and repairers and automates many routine requests.
