The safety of occupants and other road users has been central to the development of the new Vauxhall Movano van, which broke cover last week.
A rear vision camera system, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warnings will all be available on the new Movano when it goes on sale this summer, while Side-Wind Assistant comes as standard on all models.
Improved connectivity has also been a focus in development and the new Movano will feature Vauxhall’s Navi 5.0 IntelliLink Pro infotainment system, which incorporates the likes of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.
As the largest vehicle in Vauxhall’s portfolio, the Movano is available in four different lengths and three heights, carrying a maximum payload of up to 2110kg and 17m3 of cargo. This means that, in certain configurations, the van can transport up to five Euro pallets.
