Mercedes-Benz has announced UK pricing and specifications for the all-electric version of its iconic Sprinter model.
The eSprinter will be priced from £51,950, excluding VAT and OLEV grant of up to £8,000.
The new model comes in two variants – a standard DC 20kW that can be charged to 80% in two hours and a DC 80kW that can be charged to 80% in 30 mins.
Mercedes says it will cover up to 96 miles on a single charge.
Load space is uncompromised, thanks to the configuration of the batteries under the floor; four parallel high-voltage battery blocks are installed securely in the eSprinter’s underbody as standard, which can be replaced individually in the event of damage.
