June continued to be a busy month for SMMT’s International team. We hosted a delegation of companies from Catalonia and introduced them to a number of UK companies interested in finding out more about this critical automotive region of Spain. We also took UK companies to Vietnam for the first time to exhibit at Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City, to explore potential export and collaboration opportunities with Vietnam and the wider ASEAN region. Closer to home, we had our 16th SMMT International Automotive Summit, with panels discussing areas such as trends in International trade and more.
