Connecting UK companies with global markets at SMMT Electrified
Simon Winterbottom, International Manager, shares about international activities for the February edition of the SMMT International Update.
March sees SMMT host its first flagship event of the year with SMMT Electrified taking place in London. We are delighted to be collaborating with two international partners, South Carolina Department of Commerce and Thailand Board of Investment, both of which will be exhibiting.
We’re also pleased to welcome a delegation of Department for Business and Trade (DBT) representatives from key international automotive markets, including China, Germany, Italy, Norway and the USA. You can find out more about all international attendees here. If you are interested in any of these markets and would like to arrange a meeting on the day, please contact us and we will be happy to coordinate this for you.
Looking ahead, we will be organising the UK Pavilion at Automechanika Frankfurt in September – Europe’s largest aftermarket event and our biggest pavilion of the year. Demand for space has been strong and only a limited number of places remain, so please get in touch if you would like to join us.
And finally, for all currently fasting for the month of Ramadan, we wish you a blessed month and a very festive Eid-ul-Fitr!
Upcoming events:
