The partnership will leverage International Motors’ UK network and expertise to roll out Foton’s new-generation electric van line-up.
Foton, which has sold more than 12 million vehicles worldwide, said the UK is a key market in its global electric vehicle growth strategy.
Founded 30 years ago and headquartered in Beijing, its business includes medium- and heavy-duty trucks, light-duty trucks, mini trucks, vans, pickup trucks, buses and construction machinery.
Foton electric truck, van and bus products are already established in European markets such as Italy, Germany and Malta.
