SMMT International Automotive Summit 2026: The UK’s Leading Automotive Conference
The UK’s leading automotive conference bringing together policymakers, OEMs and supply chain leaders at a flagship automotive industry event in London.
The Summit has become a fixture in the UK automotive calendar and one of the most high-profile corporate events for the sector, providing an opportunity for the automotive industry to come together at a leading automotive conference in the UK to discuss the issues and opportunities impacting their businesses and the industry as a whole.

The programme will address some of the key issues for automotive including: progress on the Industrial Strategy and the measures to support the sector’s growth; the international context amidst increased competition and rising protectionism; the supply chain and the wider need for greater resilience; and innovation in products and processes. Sessions will examine each of these topics through a combination of keynote speeches, panel discussions and interviews, all focused on how the sector can succeed in this fast-changing world and reinforcing the Summit’s role as a key automotive policy conference.
Speakers will include senior executives from vehicle manufacturers, policymakers, and a host of content experts from the automotive and aligned industries.
