Manufacturing Plasma and Corona Surface Treatment Systems which are used as chemical free pretreatment for priming and preparing materials for adhesion processes such as adhesive spraying for leather/ foam bonding, ink adhesion for product marking and traceability or label and tape adhesion for sealing or labelling.
Ebble Manufacturing work alongside Tantec UK to offer contract manufacturing and treatment to the UK and Irish market from this site, allowing customers to process components from small scale prototyping through to ongoing contract manufacturing and production support, or to aid with purchasing their own equipment.
Onsite you will see first hand several treatment systems and real world parts along with allied systems such as surface energy testing, printing and robotic automation.
