Smart-Floor is one of the lightest flooring options on the market for commercial vehicles. It has a non-slip, high-traction surface and ergonomic design which makes it ideal for weight-sensitive installations.
Its surface has been developed and tested to ensure a reliable grip in both dry and wet weather, making it suitable for year-round use.
Also, the floor is installed using H-profiles, allowing for expansion and contraction due to temperature variations without bulging.
Smart-Floor can be paired with the crash-tested smart floor bracket – a drill-free mounting system that simplifies the installation of vehicle racking, and the system is smart, safe, and easy to install. The smart floor bracket is compatible with OEM wooden floors as well as alternative materials like plastic flooring.

Every Modul-Connect system comes equipped with essential features to enhance fleet management and efficiency, including a driving journal, battery monitoring, mobile app and a web portal.
The driving journal automatically records trips as business or private based on user settings, which can be managed via the Modul-Connect-App. Users can also set schedules for private or business mode, ensuring seamless trip categorisation.
Battery monitoring helps prevent downtime by tracking power levels and availability, while the web portal provides fleet managers with real-time access to vehicle data, live tracking and essential reports.
Are there optional add-ons?
Yes. Our on-board weighing system helps prevent overloading and ensures compliance, while the asset tracker provides real-time monitoring of tools and equipment.
Meanwhile, the security system offers advanced protection against theft and unauthorised access by integrating motion sensors, door/contact sensors, siren and hook locks.
Users can monitor their vehicle’s security status and manage the system remotely via the Modul-Connect-app. The system provides real-time notifications with both visual and audible alerts – even if the phone is on silent – ensuring critical warnings are never missed.
Heater control enables remote activation of the heater or scheduled heating, while inverter control optimises energy use by managing power as needed. Light control provides a full overview of the connected lights and allows for centralised management, while the climate sensor lets users set temperature limits and receive notifications if thresholds are exceeded.
What about the web portal?
The Modul-Connect web portal provides fleet managers with complete visibility over their vehicles, offering both live tracking and historical data. The live monitoring feature allows users to view all vehicles on a real-time map, with instant alerts and warnings displayed for quick response and issue resolution. In addition to live tracking, the portal offers a range of downloadable reports, including driving journals, climate reports, weight reports, and toll reports.
