Describe the range of services and products Exeros provides customers?
We provide a wide range of fleet safety and efficiency technology products. For example our video telematics platform connects to a wide range of camera systems, including AI dash cameras.
Our fatigue and distraction detection system recognises early signs of drowsiness, mobile phone use, smoking, and other unsafe behaviours, issuing instant in-cab alerts to help drivers take corrective action.
Meanwhile, the low bridge recognition system adds another layer of safety by using a three-tier detection process to accurately identify, alert, and warn drivers of low bridges before an incident can occur.
All our products are compliant with the standards required by the likes of the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) and Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
Tell us more about the recent investment by Pembroke VCT and what this means for Exeros?
We were already growing, but the investment by Pembroke VCT is helping us supercharge that growth. With their backing, we are hiring top talent and investing even more in support, as well as research and development. It is important to note that we are not changing our identity, but we are doubling down on what has got us this far – customer-led innovation, high-quality solutions, and superior UK-based support.
Which types of fleets does Exeros work with?
Some of our customers include the AA, RAC, ScottishPower, Whistl, and National Highways. However, we work with everyone, of all types, sectors, and sizes. That said, the bigger the fleet, the bigger the benefits.
What will Exeros have on its stand at the CV Show?
We’ll have our demo van featuring our entire portfolio of systems, but three innovations stand out.
First of all we have our Fatigue & Distraction Detection (FDD)system which supports drivers before accidents happen.
This system detects signs of fatigue or distraction, providing in-cab alerts and incident footage for review. The focus is on helping drivers stay safe on the road. We’ll also be on hand to answer FDD-related questions on privacy, driver trade unions, and GDPR.
Our Bridge Strike Detection (BSD) solution uses smart cameras to read road signs, measure bridges, check vehicle height, and alert the driver if necessary. It also makes a short recording for incident review. It helps drivers avoid potentially career-ending collisions and saves fleets from repair bills that can easily reach six figures.
In addition, there is our VideMatics platform which turns footage into insight
VideMatics is our AI-powered video telematics platform, bringing together live and recorded camera data into a single, easy-to-use system. It helps fleet teams quickly review incidents, spot patterns, and make informed decisions without wading through hours of footage.
How important is the CV Show to Exeros and how does the event help the business?
It is essential. The show lets people see our software and hardware live and provides a platform for us to connect and network face-to-face. Visitors can ask questions, offer feedback, or start new partnerships. Aside from leads, many of our best innovations have come from listening to fleet managers at the show.
