Adnams Brewery in Southwold, Suffolk, has taken delivery of two new-series Volvo FL rigid drays to help with its rural distribution.
Half of Adnams’ 28-strong fleet now comprises Volvo models, and Supply Chain Manager Kevin Wells continues to be impressed.
“I think the fact we turn to Volvo every time is testament to the quality of the vehicles and how Volvo supports our business. And there’s a very high level of driver acceptance, which adds further value,” he said.
The two vehicles have been specified with Comfort cabs and Volvo’s I-Sync automated gearboxes.
February proved a good month for Volvo’s FL models, with Jem Centres and Dublin City Council also taking delivery of the model.
