Denholm Environmental has added a Renault Trucks T480 High 6×2 and two T440 6x2s to its fleet – specifically chosen for their high performance and ‘second to none’ repair and maintenance service.
The vehicles, supplied by Renault Trucks Scotland, are specified with Eco pack including Optiroll and Optivision, which reduces fuel consumption by using road topography data to optimise gear selection and driving speed.
The T480 High is fitted with Alcoa Dura-Bright aluminium wheels, roof-mounted twin air horns and a six spotlight bar. Inside the cab, the T High features a 40L fridge, microwave, comfort air conditioning and leather steering wheel.
Meanwhile, the T440 6x2s come with heated comfort seat, air suspension, air conditioning and leather steering wheel.
Denholm Environmental operates from four locations, including Invergordon, Inverurie, Grangemouth and Carlisle, with 15 tractor units – 14 of which are Renault Trucks – as well as a mixed fleet of 30 rigid vacuum tankers of different chassis.
Renault Trucks’s new vehicles will be based at its Grangemouth and Invergordon sites, predominantly for use in national tanker haulage and waste management operations, as well as general goods haulage.
