Trading Standards Institute-approved garage scheme, Motor Codes, has partnered with Motoring.co.uk to provide a main dealer search and review function for its aftersales information pages.

This means that Motoring.co.uk users will now have access to a database of 90,000 online reviews of 5,600 manufacturer main dealerships, which have been amassed by Motor Codes.

The collaboration comes as Motoring.co.uk expands its offering to car owners, developing an enhanced aftersales section to help people make an informed choice about where to look for car servicing and repair and how to budget for it.

Chris Mason, Managing Director at Motor Codes, sees the partnership as a natural fit, “The Motoring.co.uk information hub works with much of the UK’s main dealer network and wants to provide informed choice to its customers. With 90,000 online reviews of main dealers and counting, Motor Codes can provide that peace of mind for people using the portal to research their next car service.”

Chris Green, Sales Director at Motoring.co.uk said, “We are delighted to be working with Motor Codes to further support our manufacturer and dealer partners. This new partnership will enhance our aftersales offering and establish Motoring.co.uk as the number one partner for retention and loyalty.

“With 1.5 million registered users of Motoring.co.uk, this collaboration will significantly increase the volume of feedback available to people researching dealers. Currently, Motor Codes pulls in around 6,500 online reviews each month. As we develop our aftersales section, we’re looking to enable our users to rate dealers on our website.”
