UK suppliers win in excess of £1.5 billion JLR contracts

The first Jaguar F-TYPE customer cars left the Castle Bromwich manufacturing facility this week with the announcement that more than half of the car’s contract value is with UK companies.

New report reveals average new car CO2 continues to fall in Europe

The European Environment Agency (EEA) has released a report showing that average new car CO2 emissions continue to decline across the EU, falling 2.6% to 132.2g/km in 2012.

Vauxhall commits to UK manufacturing at Ellesmere Port

New cars now 18% more fuel efficient than average car on the road

UK average new car CO2 emissions fell 4.2% in 2011 and by over 23% since 2000. Direct link between emissions and fuel efficiency shows new cars now 18.0% cleaner than UK average.

JLR launches largest ever apprentice recruitment campaign
