The Steel Safeguard Task Force (SSTF) is established to address member companies’ concerns regarding the transition of the EU safeguard on imports of several steel gradients after the end of the transition period.
The group will be responsible for SMMT’s response to the transition review initiated in October 2020 by the Trade Remedies Investigations Directorate (TRID).
