Eleven local authorities have been awarded grants from the Department for Transport’s (DfT) £5 million Clean Bus Technology Fund, which was announced earlier in the year.

Motor Codes, the Trading Standards Institute-approved garage scheme, generates an additional £6 million of revenue each year for independent garages, based on data recorded in the first half of 2013.
