Inspiring Tomorrow’s Female Engineers

A group of 24 students aged 15-16 will tour the plant to change outdated perceptions of engineering to encourage more young women to consider engineering and manufacturing careers to increase the talent pool through Jaguar Land Rover’s apprenticeship and graduate routes. The visit supports Jaguar Land Rover’s national Young Women in the Know programme, which offers young women studying STEM subjects education activities, behind the scenes tours and work experience.
