Michelin UK will be running tours of its Ballymena facility in Northern Ireland on 22 and 24 October. The tour will give students the opportunity to discover the many aspects of manufacturing as well as hear from workers on the shop floor and discover their ideal career at the jobs fair.
The Ballymena factory covers 45 hectares and currently employs more than 1,100 people. It produces bus and truck tyres, 70% of which are exported with a large part of this going to North America.
