Aire Body Care Ltd, one of the UK’s leading truck body and tail-lift repair and service companies, has been acquired by West Midlands-based bodybuilder JC Payne.
The new addition means JC Payne will now be able to offer a nationwide repair and maintenance service alongside its manufacturing business at the company’s Aldridge headquarters. “We have been monitoring progress at Aire for the past two or three years and we are delighted to have completed this acquisition,” said JC Payne Managing Director Garry Brandrick. “We will now be able to offer customers a nationwide aftersales programme alongside our existing range of high quality bodies.
“Aire has a great team of specialist engineers based around the country, with a vast market knowledge. We have already allocated £250,000 of initial investment in a new fleet of service vans for the business and I am looking forward to seeing this part of the operation thrive in the future.”
