News from Renault Trucks: For the fourth year running, the Sauber F1 Team will use Renault Trucks on its European leg of the Formula One season.

At the end of April, the Swiss team took delivery of four Renault Trucks T520s for transporting equipment and personal to the tracks.

At the same time as Formula One’s European season was just getting underway with the Spanish Grand Prix, the Sauber F1 Team once again demonstrated its confidence in Renault Trucks.

The four Renault Trucks Range T High vehicles feature the DTI 13 520hp engine and a flat cab floor. Its productivity, cab comfort and its many storage compartments were both key factors influencing the purchasing decision.

The fleet for the Sauber F1 Team consists of 14 Renault Trucks long haul vehicles and 12 Renault LCVs.

Luzi Thomann, Managing Director of Thomann Nutzfahrzeuge AG, presented the vehicles’ keys to Monisha Kaltenborn, Sauber F1’s Team Manager, at a ceremony attended by Sauber driver Adrian Sutil.
