Omega Travel has taken delivery of five new Scania Touring tri-axle coaches – four of which are Euro-6 models. Omega Travel specialises in arranging and managing Mandarin-speaking tours throughout the UK and continental Europe. The 410 horsepower SCR-only Scania K 410 EB 6×2*4 Euro-6 chassis are equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning and a fully automated Opticruise gear selection system.
The vehicles’ 13.7-metre overall length bodies are equipped with 57 Kiel passenger seats with three-point seat belts, seatback tables and footrests, Bosch audio/video equipment and two monitors, parallel lifting main locker doors, powered entrances, washroom, servery/fridge and climate control.
The new vehicles are covered by Scania’s standard two-year repair and maintenance programme, with support managed by local dealer TruckEast Milton Keynes.
