Speedy Hire, the UK equipment and tool hire company, has added 19 Isuzu rigids to its fleet, taking the total number of Isuzu vehicles on its fleet to 60.
All 19 vehicles will be working across Speedy Hire’s UK operation, spanning from St Austell in Cornwall to Inverness in the Highlands, and were purchased through local dealer Warrington Vehicle Centre.
Mark Woodworth, Head of Transport and Logistics at Speedy Hire plc, explained the breakdown of the 19 vehicle order, “Our normal body choice with Isuzu trucks is the beavertail specification, however, for this order we were looking for an increased number of curtainsided 7.5 tonners and once again the Isuzu chassis was spot on, as it’s a lightweight rigid chassis where we can maximise the payload to suit our business requirements.”
