Peugeot’s Built for Business range debuts at CV Show

25 April 2018 #Uncategorised

Peugeot has its new Boxer Built for Business range at this year’s CV Show, with a Boxer Low Floor Luton model displayed on its stand.

The Luton body provides a load floor over 4m long with an interior height of 2.5m yet still offers a payload of 1050kg thanks to its construction from high-quality GRP panels. Optional lightweight body panels can increase the payload by a further 120kg. Load lock strips along both sides of the interior and an alloy kick strip across the bulkhead are included to avoid damage to the load bay, with a pair of flush-fitting barn doors as standard and a roller shutter as an option.

All the Boxer Built for Business models range, which includes Tipper, Dropside, Luton, Box and Curtainside body options, are based on the Boxer 335 chassis and powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Standard equipment on all versions includes air conditioning, an uprated battery to deal with a working life and revised rear suspension. Available to order from any Peugeot Dealer or Business Centre, all the Built for Business vehicles conform to either European Whole Vehicle Type Approval or National Small Series Type Approval regulations.
