On the morning of 16 May, Industry Forum will be hosting a half-day Product Market Groups and Strategy Training session.
Industry Forum works with clients to analyse their offerings in the form of Product Market Groups (PMG), a way to assess the combination of product or service offerings and the markets to which they are delivered.
This training session will introduce Product Market Group activities within the wider strategy development approach, providing practical exercises and examples of the associated tools that delegates can apply directly back to their own organisations.
