Welcome to the first issue of a new look Transport News Brief bulletin.
A lot’s changed since TNB first launched and as we embark on a new decade it felt like the time was right for a rethink and a refresh.
Our aim is to produce a bulletin which gives you far greater insight and comment from those here at SMMT and also on the industry’s frontline.
We’ll be asking them for their perspective and insight into the issues that really matter to the commercial vehicle sector, starting with a closer look at 2019 CV production figures and an industry outlook for 2020.
In addition, we’ll also be focusing more on SMMT members and shining a spotlight on the brilliant work they’re doing. There’s so much innovation and excellence in our industry, and it will be fabulous to shout more about it.
