As registration opens, the headline speakers for this month’s Cenex Low Carbon Vehicle (LCV) and Connected Automated Mobility (CAM) events have been announced. For the first time, the two events will take place online, on 18 and 19 November.

Speakers from senior positions from a range of industry stakeholders, including vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, industry and government bodies will provide insight over the two days. These include SMMT, the Centre for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles, Ford, Innovate UK, and Oxbotica, the autonomous vehicle software provider.

A dedicated portal opens on 16 November, where delegates will be able to view the seminar programme and browse exhibitors’ profiles. Registration can be completed at the portal, which can be found at the show’s website.

CEO of Cenex, Robert Evans, said, “In a year where so much has been uncertain, the road to green recovery is more important than ever and we are looking forward to gaining new insight and perspectives, as well as best practice from leaders in the industry.”

He explained that the LCV event’s themes included battery technology, power electronics, fuel cells, shared, sustainable and inclusive mobility, and global updates on low emission vehicle advancements. The CAM event, he said, would focus on vehicle verification and validation.

In total, 130 speakers will span 30 seminar sessions with almost 100 exhibitors taking part.

Evans concluded, “As usual, we will also be hosting our energy for transport seminar stream, which will focus on strategies for transport infrastructure, vehicle to grid, transport for cities and more.”
