Brighton and Hove flooring specialist La Boutique du Parquet has acquired a new battery-powered Mercedes-Benz eVito to deliver its products in and around the city.
The fully electric eVito has a 41 kWh battery which is securely mounted in a protective housing beneath the floor, and offers an average range on a single charge of up to 92 miles.
The wooden parquet specialist’s 3.2-tonne eVito also has sliding load doors on both sides as well as rear doors that provide access – in the case of its long L2 variant – to up to 6.0m3 of cargo area.
The vehicle, supplied by the Worthing branch of Rossetts Commercials, comes with a three-year unlimited mileage warranty and MobiloVan, which provides free emergency roadside assistance including ‘out of charge’ cover.
In addition, the battery is guaranteed for eight years or 100,000 miles.
