Tell us about the new partnership with Clayton Power?

We have been aware of Clayton Power and the LPS II product for a few years now and always saw it as an interesting product and an alternative auxiliary onboard power solution to the more ‘conventional’ generator or battery/inverter system setup. FP UK’s company focus has always been about combining industry leading equipment brands into a single supported system solution, so when the opportunity presented itself to work with Clayton Power, we were very keen to discuss a partnership for the UK automotive market.

The Clayton LPS product range complements our existing power products range of Generators, Power Electronics and Li-Ion batteries perfectly, as we’re now able to offer an onboard power solution to fit every type of vehicle or application; whether that be determined on space, user-level or budget.

Can you give more details about your linkup with Autoterm Diesel Heaters?

Towards the end of 2022, we agreed a distribution partnership in the UK with AutoClima, specialists in vehicle air conditioning systems. Particularly in variable climates such as the UK’s, the ability to offer both cooling and heating solutions is paramount. As our partnership with AutoClima grew, we worked on identifying a reputable and high quality product to serve the demand for onboard heating solutions that we were naturally receiving. This is what led us to Autoterm, and we’re really excited about the opportunity to partner and grow the brand in the professional mobile markets.

What other products does Fischer Panda offer to the commercial vehicle sector?

Power is central to what we do, so naturally the equipment brands we represent, are closely linked to this. We design complete hybrid systems which deliver the most powerful, efficient, and green onboard solutions for range of applications. Our range of Diesel Generators, Power Electronics, Inverters, Chargers, Energy Management, Lithium Ion Batteries and Air Conditioning systems are available to meet the system needs of our customers in the vehicle sector.

What staff and products will the company have on its stand at the Commercial Vehicle Show this year?

We will have a range of our experienced, specialist staff at the show on hand with expertise and advice, including Barry Fower (MD), Chris Fower (Sales Director), Ian Saunders (Vehicle Sales Manager) and David Payne (Business Development Director).

We will exhibit products as indicated above from Clayton, Autoclima, Mastervolt, ReLion, CZone and Blue Sea Systems but we will also have two working vehicle applications, demonstrating real-life examples of our innovative onboard power solutions.

How important is the Commercial Vehicle Show to Fischer Panda?

Very important. It’s our largest sqm2 stand so far, which will have working examples for visitors to experience and see installed in vehicles. The CV show is our first opportunity of the year to meet with the industry and present our capabilities.
