SMMT will hold our International Women’s Day event celebration on 7 March 2024, this in-person event where all are welcome follows the theme international theme for the event, Inspire Inclusion.
In light of this theme we plan on having speakers from across several organisations at different levels of seniority to understand their own challenges they have had to overcome and how more inclusive teams benefit a team and the organisation.
The day will include informal mentoring sessions and the opportunity for in depth conversations to work to creating a more inclusive and diverse sector.
This event is free to attend and open to all SMMT members (limited to two per company). Lunch is included.
