Providing funding for SMEs in England
The DIT Internationalisation Fund launched in 2021 and provides funding to support SMEs in England with a product or service suitable for export. Matched funding up to £9,000 (towards an £18,000 project) is available for third party support to export. Eligible expenditure includes:
- PR
- Market research
- Intellectual property
- Translation
- Social media
- Routes to market
- Overseas business environment
- Due diligence
- Participation in trade fairs and market visits may also be eligible
Companies will need to speak to their International Trade Advisor (ITA) in order to apply. Click here for more information and to contact your local ITA. This funding is limited so you are encouraged to apply early.
