SMMT and the Department for Business and Trade will organise a trade mission to the World New Energy Vehicle Congress (WNEVC), Hainan, China this December.

For the trade mission, we anticipate calls on Chinese vehicle manufacturers plus B2B meetings with local companies.
The World New Energy Vehicle Congress is expected to attract around 2,000 delegates from industry, government and the media and includes an exhibition. As part of the Congress, we anticipate a UK – China session offering an opportunity for UK delegates to present to an audience of approximately 200.
This visit is suitable for companies already doing business in China and those looking to explore the market for the first time with support from SMMT and the Department for Business and Trade.
