The department consists of Membership, Member Services, Specialist Trade Sections and Business Improvement.
The Members Services team aim to ensure members receive maximum value for their membership through our portfolio of products and services. Developing, improving and promoting these products and services is necessary to maintain a high standard of industry support. The Membership team focuses on retention and recruitment of members through developing relationships with tier 1 suppliers, industry networking events, company visits and regional road shows.
The Trade Sections focus on the following specialist areas of the industry including: supply chain, aftermarket, automotive components, bus and coach, commercial vehicles and electric vehicles.
The Business Improvement and Quality aims are to support the achievement of sustainable world class competitiveness through Quality Systems and Process Improvement including the global automotive Quality Standard ISO/TS 16949:2009 and its Certification Scheme. E-Business activities include ENX, EDI, XML, Odette, e-Sourcing and e-Marketplaces.
